Q-Copy 2002 is a Windows Explorer Shell Extension for
copying, moving, splitting, zipping and unzipping files. It provides
you with an easy and fast way to deal with file related tasks.
Q-Copy 2002 has one easy-to-use user interface for copying,
moving, updating, splitting and zipping files. Only the unzip dialog
looks different.
You can create macros which can include different
file handling task. Once a macro is created, you can apply to individual
files with a few mouse clicks.
The split function allows you to distribute large files over
several disks. A runtime module is provided with the splitted file, that
allows the receiver to easy recombine the file. With the integrated
compression, you can save additional space, when you split a large file,
for example on several floppy disks.
Q-Copy 2002 can also split a file into several user-defined sized parts.
This function is useful when you need to send a very large file by
e-mail and your or the receiver's Internet provider has a file size
restriction for e-mails.
With Q-Copy 2002's "Convert to folder" function, you can unzip a
zip file with one single mouse click into a folder with the same name
like the zip file.
Q-Copy 2002 works under Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME.
Create Macros
Macros are a powerful way to automate file handling tasks. A macro
contains one ore more steps. A step can be a copy, move or update
operation.
A macro can for example be used copy files into two different folders,
after that, it moves the source files into a third folder. By creating
such a macro, Q-Copy 2002 runs 3 different file operations with only two
mouse clicks!
Zip, Unzip, Copy, Move and Update Files with

With Q-Copy 2002, you can copy, move or update files with a few mouse
clicks. It also incorporates support for zipping and unzipping files.

Convert Zip to Folder
With a single mouse click, you can extract one or more zip files by
converting them into folders.
Create a new Folder...
by right clicking on an existing folder in Windows Explorer.
Context Menu Support
Q-Copy 2001 is integrated into Windows Explorer. By right clicking
files or folders, you have instantly access to Q-Copy 2002's
functionality: "Copy", "Move", "Split", "Unzip" or "Convert zip to
folder".
Multi Operating System Support
Q-Copy 2002 works on Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows ME.
Auto split-size detection
Q-Copy 2002 will recognize the capacity of the destination disk drive
and automatically split the file. You can also determine the size
manually.
Multi-file split support
With Q-Copy 2002, you can put multiple files together in an archive
and split it over several floppy disks.
Runtime Combine Module
When you split large files over several floppy disks, Q-Copy 2002
will copy it's runtime combine module to the first disk to ensure an
easy reassembly process on the destination system.
Compression
Q-Copy 2002 can compress the files before the splitting process to
preserve disk space.
